O% Query cover does not look like much of a hit to me. Are these really the best hits BLAST is finding in the nr nucleotide database?

(Sequence identity of 85% looks good, but with total scores of 211, it must be over a rather short stretch.)

All of the hits showed 0% query cover. No hit showed a value greater than this. Plus, those are values similar to values observed by the SOAPdenovo assembler.
