A PCRE internal error occured. This might be caused by a faulty plugin
Here is a general command to a configure script for a program that needs boost (specifically MIRA). ./configure --with-boost=/campusdata/BME235/ --with-boost-libdir=/campusdata/BME235/lib/ --prefix=/campusdata/BME235/
